WHAT IS EB-5?

The EB-5 Visa program provides a path for foreign nationals including South African investors to achieve Permanent Residence (Green Card) in the United States. The program requires a minimum investment of $800,000 to qualify, and permits South African investors and their dependents (spouse and unmarried children under 21) to live and work anywhere in the U.S.
Acquiring Permanent Residence allows for an indefinite stay in the U.S. for South African investors and their dependents.
The EB-5 Visa provides a fast and efficient path for South African’s interested in immigrating to the United States. In fact, South African investors ranked 10th in EB-5 Visa issuance in 2019 according to the Congressional Research Service.

Option for Citizenship

If you have been a Permanent Resident for at least 5 years and during that five years, you have not been outside the United States for 30 months or more, you may be eligible for U.S. citizenship or simply maintain your Permanent Residence, renewing it every 10 years.
